Traxe does not offer refunds on any purchases — including Traxe Pro (lifetime) and Traxe Elite (monthly subscription). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
We make this policy clear upfront so there are no surprises. We encourage you to thoroughly review our features, screenshots, and FAQ before buying. If you have questions, ask us in Discord first.
Traxe is a downloadable desktop app. Once downloaded, the software cannot be "returned" — the license key has been used and the App has been accessed. This is standard practice for software products.
We invest heavily in building and maintaining the App, the license infrastructure, and the Recon intelligence system. No-refund allows us to keep prices low and focus on building, not disputing chargebacks.
💬 If you experience a technical issue that completely prevents you from using the App, reach out to us on Discord. We will prioritize resolving it. Technical issues are not grounds for a refund, but they will receive immediate attention.

For Traxe Elite (monthly subscription):
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of these Terms. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to permanently ban the associated license key and machine from all future Traxe products.
If you have a genuine payment dispute, contact us on Discord first. We will work with you to resolve it directly.
