Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Traxe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all versions of Traxe, including Traxe Pro and Traxe Elite, and any future updates or releases.

02 // license

License Grant

Upon purchase, Traxe grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-machine license to use the App for your personal trading purposes.

One license key activates on one machine only
License keys cannot be shared, resold, or transferred
Attempting to activate a key on multiple machines will result in license revocation without refund
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App

⚠️ Circumventing the license system, sharing license keys, or distributing cracked versions is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent license termination with no refund.

03 // payments

Payments & Subscriptions

Traxe Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase. Traxe Elite is a recurring monthly subscription.

All payments are processed securely through Gumroad
Subscription billing occurs automatically each month on your billing date
You may cancel your Elite subscription at any time from your account dashboard
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

04 // refunds

Refund Policy

🚫 All sales are final. Traxe does not offer refunds on any purchases, including Traxe Pro (lifetime) and Traxe Elite (subscription). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

We strongly encourage you to review all product information, screenshots, and feature descriptions available on our website before purchasing. If you have questions about whether Traxe is right for you, reach out via Discord before buying.

In the event of a technical issue that prevents you from using the App entirely, contact us via Discord and we will work to resolve it. Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund but will receive priority support.

05 // data

Your Data

Traxe stores all your trading data locally on your machine. We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal trading data, trade history, or journal entries.

Trade data is stored in a local SQLite database on your device
Screenshots are stored locally in your AppData folder
License verification data (machine fingerprint, key status) is stored on our servers for license enforcement purposes only
Recon intelligence (Elite feature) is delivered via our server but does not contain your personal data

Trading Disclaimer

⚠️ Traxe is a journaling and analytics tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations. All trading decisions are yours alone. Traxe is not responsible for any trading losses.

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance documented in your journal does not guarantee future results. Always trade responsibly and within the rules of your prop firm or broker.

07 // termination

Termination

Traxe reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to:

Sharing or distributing your license key
Attempting to bypass the license system
Reverse engineering or distributing modified versions of the App

Termination due to Terms violation forfeits any claim to a refund.

08 // changes

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
